For active project work we are contactable through phone, Skype, IM, email, or whatever is most appropriate for the working arrangement and time zone differences. Our general workflow uses an email-based ticketing system to track and log all requests.
We intentionally don't list a phone number on our web site to cut down the number of random enquiries, but are happy to follow up if you contact us.
